Well, may as well cast a wide net. Any furries on the BBS these days?

There was this one comic I found interesting (at least the first one or two issues I'd read) called Furrlough.

Hi, yes! I know several others here who are as well, but I'll let them talk instead of speaking for them. :)

Yup. At the risk of dating myself, I've attended Anthrocon off and on since it was Albany Anthrocon.

I'd say "wow that was awhile ago" but it was more recent than Voyager's premiere, so....yeah.

I've always wanted to go to an anthro convention. Not around here, though. Around here I'd get stoned, and not the good kind of stoned, either.

Where-ish are you, again?

Not sure about a furry-specific con. But mainly because I prefer the more general cons with lots of stuff going on. Or a gaming-specific con. Just ain't enough time or money in the year, y'know?

I live in SW Ohio, out in the middle of the country.

I was ready to call you out for this until I checked and saw that you were right. :p

I think your comment stands though. Wow, that was awhile ago. :)

Hoping to make it to #20. Rather suspect the # of people who will be able to say they were at #1 and #20 will be relatively small.

Wikipedia says the first AC had about 500 people at it so I suspect you are quite right.

I know a whole bunch of people I saw at AAC who have either dropped out of the fandom, moved out of probable attendance range, or what-not.

Actually, I'm not entirely sure who I knew at AAC who I'm still in regular contact with. I should try to find my pictures. :)

I'm more of an anthro-fandom person, not quite a furry so I'd have no idea what to do at these things.

If it helps, I mostly go to meet the people I already know online and discover how screwed up they are IRL. :p

There's usually pretty standard activities like movie and game rooms too, and panels covering a variety of subjects.
