Based on the newest mistreatment of Cary ... Does this mean TECH forum is now executing the same bias as the Abrams forum?

Keep it up, mods ... you're going to wind up with half (or more) of your boards with everybody saying the same thing in every post since dissenting parties will have been eradicated ... perhaps you should install a bobbing/nodding head emoticon so they won't actually have to post text at all, except to say how swell TIN MAN was.

No interest in the Haynes manual for me ... would prefer something that had slightly more visual appeal to be covered, like the Jupiter-2 in the LiS flick.

trevanian, if you have an issue with my moderation (and I always welcome constructive criticism), it needs to be handled via PM. As I stated in the recently closed threads, discussion of the Trek XI movie and its distinct take on the Trekverse is fine as long as it stays on technical topics related to the movie. What is NOT fine is using the movie as a way to hurl insults or troll other posters and/or fans. If you guys want to discuss the quality of the movie itself, please do so in the appropriate forum. But don't drag that stuff in here.
