This 5 year old has huge muscles and is doing flips and shit like Darth Maul. Will he be the next generations action hero movie star or will all that muscle building stunt his growth in some way?

That level of muscularity highly unusual. However, there's no reason a child can't start strength training (as opposed power training) at 7-8 years old. There are no recorded medical injuries due to early weight training in children. The idea that this will hurt kids is really a myth. Usually when they lift that early, the target should be for them to support a sport, and for functional training. Weight training is the most useful at puberty when they will start producing testosterone. I wouldn't recommend kids lift at below 13-14 yrs old for power or competition.
No it won't stunt growth, that's just hilarious.

This whole issue reminds me of how in the 50s-70s Western athletes were told weightlifting was bad for them until Eastern trainers and athletes started proving that it was essential for performance gains. The rest is history.
That's just creepy.
What will happen to him when he hits puberty...?
Um, if he keeps lifting he will be in very good shape indeed, because his natural test will kick in.
