Have you ever talked to the characters

I've been known to abuse a certain first officer I dislike when he's on the screen.
I always talk to Rodney on Stargate Atlantis when he's about to do something dangerous because I don't want him to die, but he never listens. Not that he's died, but he continues to rush into horrible situations when he should stay home safe in his lab and nurture his fetching foibles.
I have said, quietly, "whoa.. you are so hot" to Janeway. But not very loudly and it's more a commentary that slips from my lips than talking to her.
I'm pretty sure I talked to Spock when I was a kid though. Spock was very inspirational to me and I was muttering away to him like others do saints.

Do you mean talking to them onscreen during episodes, or having conversations with them as though they are actually in the room with you?
Talking to the characters is one thing.
If they start talking back to you, please let me know.
