No, not really. It's a reference to Papa Lazarou from The League of Gentlemen - the owner of a traveling circus and one of the show's more frightening characters, who has a large number of "wives" (i.e. women - and sometimes men - who he has kidnapped and locked up in his circus animal cages).

Well fantasising and dreaming are two completely different things. Like, I watch loads of football- be it the Bundesliga, Premier League, Serie A, Champions League and what have you.... so, as has been said already, I'm bound to dream about one or two of the guys I watch taking a dive on the pitch now and again .

So my computer's wallpaper features some of them boys (such as the one in my current avatar) I tend to dream about.

And who am I to complain? They're nice boys.
