Umm, yes?
It's not as if either of the designs would have a consistent unit cell to the crystalline structure or anything. But both have the same sort of faceting and jutting and whatnot, plus of course the coloring.
What's more interesting is how the DSC dilithium doesn't look much like any dilithium seen before - including the credits stuff. Its coral-like appearance is extremely pretty, but doesn't really relate to the "Elaan" or "Skin of Evil" shapes.

No, of course not - those are the Southern Time Crystals.
But the ones on the previous page were exactly the same as in the credits. I gather the prop had to be altered to better fit inside the backpack of the Angel Suit, but as to why the color was changed, too... No idea.
