Harry the Genius does what noone else ever considers...

Back to libby.

In non Sequitor, what body was Kim rocking?

Was his mind transferred into that timestreams Harry Kim? Or was this the same old Kim touring new universes?

if "our" Kim was deposited into "another" Kim, then when he woke up in bed with Libby that morning, even though his consciousness wasn't there to frakk her the night before, there's a 40 percent chance that whatever some "native" kim "our" Kim supplantd had rocked Libby's world just hours earlier so that "our" Kim was strangely in a new body, wich is why Harry wasn't starving for an unholesome sexual encounter.

His balls were the regular colour.

Lately I've been wondering if Anakin used the force on Padme to make her fall in love with him. Waved his hand so she sees him in a trustworthy and well meaning light even as he confesses mass murder. Smooths her doubts so he can pass right through her psychological check points. If this is so then everything changes.

Kim is a young man, surely he can do it twice in one night especially when even though he is physically spent he's emotionally starved for affection and being wanted.

I knew it was an alternate universe. It had to be with Kim maintaining a working relationship with a REAL girl for any period of time.

Why is everyone always bashing Harry. I would take Harry over Tom ANY day. He's good looking, sweet, not nearly as childish as Tom, just enough needy and doesn't seem interested in cars. Also, he remembers being in his mother's womb. AND he ages very very well.

before birth, baby and mother can been seen as a single entity.

Kim remembers being a woman?

Which isn't a bad thing.

Just peculiar.

They still have that 29th century Borg womb that One grew up in.

I'm not sure why you're obsessed with the idea of using a human surrogate.

Surrogate wombs are not good for babies. Babies need to have the warmth and possible consciousness woowoo of being connected to a human being. All the surrogate womb babies from the Eugenics era grew up to be psychopaths.

If it didn't have these drawbacks everyone would do it. We would be spared all the medical drama Troi had over her baby with that idiot, the book this took place in would be half the size.

She's having babies with her monkey?

How come Troi is allowed to sleep with a monkey, but when ever I talk about the obvious heat between Janeway and that Monkey on the basics planet, I'm called disgusting and absurd.

Last time Dee had a baby, glaring down towards what little of the birthing area beyond the deflating horizon of her womb she could see, with that toilet brush plume Pulaski called a hair cut bobbing up and down like the shark fin from jaws, had to be even more disturbing than giving birth to her sons father, who she named after her own father.

Are you talking about Hogan again? You know you are the only person who ever talks about him. I would rather Janeway slept with Hogan than Troi's monkey.

Star Trek and birth is just revolting. Between the sneezing, mysterious back vaginas, insta-growth babies and having Worf as a midwife maybe we really should move to maturation chamber wombs. Then all we'd have to endure is the EMH proudly pressing buttons.

No. not Hogan.

There was actually a monkey in Basics.

literally a real honest to god monkey.

Chakotay is trying to woo her, but she'd rather play with her monkey.

That's Resolutions.

And you're right, she runs off after the fauna and leaves Chak standing empty handed. This is like how girls will pet your dog to avoid looking you in the eye.

I actually found Chaotica mildly entertaining in a sort of fun to facepalm kind of way.

As for Harry saying he remembered being in his mom's womb, I really just always hoped he was saying that to creep Tom out after being woken up with Paris looming over him citing "the things he learned in prison."

I'm reading Kristen Beyer's Children of the Storm (2011), and there's a little bit of Chaotica in it. I hope that's not a spoiler, but rather just a teaser.

Them's fighting words, Teacake ... ;-)

Let's see the scorecard.

Tom falls in love with a strong woman, pursues her with determination -- and commendable self-restraint when she offers him a free shag in a dubious consent situation -- and then sticks with her through some pretty awful shit. His interest in cars and other forms of transportation actually comes in handy on occasion, and he even gives them up for said woman, after one of them tries to eat her. Playful? Yeah. Childish? Uh-uh. Oh, I forgot. Caring medic, husband and father. And when he gains weight and an unfortunate hairdo, he goes on a workout binge and listens to his barber.

Harry? The consummate nerd, with about as much ability to relate to real women as ... most of the guys in Engineering and Computer Science that I've met in life. His wannabe scorecard includes a bunch of cannibal cousins, a Borg, a hologram, a dead girl, the wrong twin, an illegal alien, a xenophobic terrorist -- and as GG or someone points out, the one real girl he wakes up in bed with (the one he was supposedly pining over for the first season or so) he completely ignores so he can go back to the place where he's been pining for her from. And the thread refers to him as a "Genius"??

Hmmm......

^
You forgot to mention that Kim got an alien STD too. He's not careful when he does manage to get some lovin!

Well, I didn't want to go there because when Tom sticks his tongue into something alien he comes out of it drugged and framed for murder, so that one's pretty much a draw...
