Regarding AI slop, I object to it when it is created to be deceptive. When general audiences are supposed to think the material is authentic, that's wrong. It can even damage our historical knowledge.

But I enjoyed the digital puppetry in this "Harry Mudd as Robert Palmer" video because it was created to be hilarious, especially for those of us who carry both original subjects in our cultural luggage. It's so obviously a joke that I don't see the harm in it.
