Harlan Ellison nominated for a Grammy

No, I'm not kidding: Ellison has just been nominated in the category of "Best Spoken World Album for Children" of all things for "Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There". Among his competition is something called "Scat" by Ed Asner. The battle of the curmudgeons!

Are you kidding? I'd love it if Kanye DID interrupt it. Just think of the verbal evisceration Harlan would give him!! :lol:

Harlan Ellison has a spoken word album for children? That oughtta be good. :rommie:

What I'd really like to see is those video editorials he used to do for that show on Sciffy released on DVD. I'd buy that. :D

Anyway, Harlan fans might be interested to know that he has a new short story in the issue of Realms Of Fantasy that came this week.
 
No, actually it was Sci Fi Buzz. I finally remembered. He did little commentaries every week for a while. A compilation would be hilarious. :rommie:
