Thanks, Coco Pops, and Happy Fourth of July to everybody.
I always like to have some Revolutionary Era reading material for the 4th, and this year I've got a nice Deborah Sampson biography that I'm about halfway through. Hopefully History Channel will have some actual history programming on, too. They've got a couple of good documentaries on On Demand; yesterday I watched one about Ben Franklin's scientific achievements.

Good thing I don't have to work tomorrow; I'll be lucky if I get one minute of sleep tonight. 
In honor of Independence Day, tomorrow I will be watching the most beloved American sport of all, soccer, as our US Women's team attempt to defeat Japan in the Women's World Cup Final. Japan defeated us in the 2011 World Cup Final, and we beat them for the gold medal in the 2012 London Olympics, so this is a major rivalry.

I like to celebrate America by forgetting that the Right Wing and the Left Wing even exist.No 4th action here, but plenty of "fireworks". Watched Independence Day and Reading John Adams. Happy 4th to all, and please keep the Country intact for me so I can come home to some God Fearin' normal 'Murikans with guns and other righteous shit!
