I used to have half a banana for the potassium content and very small sips of water throughout the day to rehydrate... and a long walk to get the circulation going if I could manage it. I second the vitamin B complex suggestion as alcohol depletes both your potassium and vitamin B levels. An antacid tablet used to help with nausea and pain if my stomach felt very sore.
