Halloween Competition

For fun this Halloween some of my friends from school put names of characters in a hat for costumes to draw from. We are having a competition to see who can look most like their character. I drew Heath Leger's "Joker." I think I can buy the face paint at Walmart, but I have no clue where to find the outfit he wore. Any suggestions on where to find a Joker outfit. We have to keep this competition under $60. Thanks

Keep an eye out for Thrift store possibilities.

If you find something in cotton it can always be dyed.

Good luck...maybe do the nurse scene, it'd be different.

I think the nurse scene is a very good idea - and it would be easy to find a nurse's uniform.
