So, you've never eaten *any* other kind of sausage? If you have, or know anything about sausage, then you'd know it's made up of pretty much anything not used in other cuts. Plus, there's the old saying that the two things people should never witness being made are sausage and legislation.

Let's not forget hot dogs, which are another kind of sausage.

I've made sausage. And good-quality sausage is made of trim. Muscle meat trim. Not the "lips and hooves" many claim it to be made of.

I ran in here to see what i had done that i did not know about.

Anyway its a shame this is still banned for some, its make a lovely meal with either the traditional turnip or boiled/mashed potatoes....ok i just made myself hungry.
