Yeah, someone who doesn't worship TOS as some pinnacle of sci-fi, go figure. There are actually a good few people like that. Sorry if I sound snippy, but incredulity seems to be a typical reaction when someone doesn't just love TOS

Truthfully I don`t like TOS, but I would never pass judgement, it seems wrong.

To me, the show had a lot of problems but I think it is an overall positive contribution to the Star Trek universe.

Major fan. 9. And I can criticize the "warts" with the best of them, but I do love me some Voyager, more than any other Trek.

I voted 6. I can understand why some love it and look past its flaws. I can understand why some hate it for squandering its premise. I've always fallen in between the two extremes, but prefer to enjoy what it got right rather than dwell needlessly on its faults.

I too prefer to talk about the show's positive aspects, maybe because I've heard SO much complaining. Too much negative criticism is frustrating and not fun to read.
