I thought my using custom sounds (TOS hail for calls, combadge chirps for alerts, door chimes for messages) was over the top, but this guy used a few apps and a host of sound files to make his phone seem like an LCARs computer. He even seems to be something something like Siri (answering to "Computer") to initiate tasks like messaging his wife.

I wish I could do that with my iPhone. I have a TOS communicator ringtone for when my dad calls me, but that's the best I can do.

Definitely it'd be nice to get Siri to speak with Majel's voice!

Without Majel to provide the voice, it won't be happening, I don't think.

^ There was talk that the ST: DSC computer voice will be a "virtual Majel" assembled from audio samplings of her existing lines, such that they can make the computer say any line as Majel. I'm sure that's how Siri would work.
