Was watching Doctor Who and figured what the hell.
If I was a character on the show this would be my sonic screwdriver. Tried to give it a nice homely feel. Doe not extend or retract, because my character considers that a silly idea. Comes with a built in laser mechanism for welding or breaking through objects. Won't harm someone, but can be set to stun them only if their will power is above average or lower. Also comes with a auto-refilling pen.

Took 3-4 hours to create, 2-3 hours for multiple renders. Need to definitely upgrade my computer.

Doctor: "How come you have a sonic screwdriver? I'm the only one with a sonic screwdriver."
James Carson: "Oh come on Doctor, you can't be that oblivious. You travel through time and space, intervene in history, and it didn't once occur to you that someone was going to take notes?"

Does not retract or extend: oh well, thats understandable.
Laser mechanism: useful, and cool.
Auto-refilling pen: useful.
Still does not open deadlock seals or wooden locks: what, the laser mechanism can't do that? I guess that's why you need a good blaster at your side. Or a lightsaber. Except for in the games. It doesn't work in the games, because doors will never open unless the plot allows it.

Who here doesn't like Doctor Who?! Brilliant!

Spent a few hours today working on the texture for the saucer. And yes I rebuilt the bridge and Deck 2. They ended up being twice the size than originally intended. Adding details around the ship and also rebuilding the secondary hull.

Laser rifle finished. Yay.

Since the Black Guard stories take place in 2245, I needed some Klingon ships. With the Federation and Klingons fighting the 4 Year War, the Stovas is undoubtedly going to run into some Klingons. The Predator class cruiser is 22nd century vessel. Although I am building a higher quality model, I am also taking some liberties to show it has been upgraded by the 23rd century. Although not as advance or as powerful as the newer D7 battle-cruiser, it still posses a considerable threat to the Stovas (which is only armed with laser weapons and tactical fission missiles). I scaled it best I could to an appropriate size, which I figure is larger than the D7 but slower and less maneuverable.

Yeah, me too.

And I always enjoy seeing other peoples takes on obscure video game designs.

I know you'll do her justice.

Yeah, she's a big one, at least for a mid 23rd Century Klingon Cruiser.

Where do you think you'll be mounting the weapons emplacements (other than the torpedo tubes. I'm guessing they'll be mounted similar to the D7 or K'tinga)?

An experimental fighter developed to combat the Rebel's X-Wings, it preformed poorly in exercises. The design was abandoned and left in the scrapyards, although it would later be recovered and refitted by criminal organizations.

Too bad for them, but a relief for the Alliance for sure!

Strange, as Sienar Systems usually creates excellent fighters. The Tie Defender is easily my favorite fighter to fly in X-Wing Alliance, and no Rebel Fighters has both it's fire power, speed, and agility!
But I guess every family has it's black sheep!

May the Force be with whoever designed the thing, because when Palpatine became personally unhappy, someone usually ended up dead!

The K-Wing has probably has more power than it, but then again I'm referring to how it appeared in Battlefront II (Ultimate mod version). :p

After finishing up a small project for Tobias, decided to come back to the TIE. Structural changes to balance it and bring it closer to what I want. Comes with 6 Laser Cannons (2 under the cockpit like on the TIE Fighter and 2 on each of the parallel wings) and 2 proton launchers. As always, design is not up for debate.
