It's not bad. He actually looks like a superhero. I'm glad they didn't ugly it up, like they did with Batman and X-Men uniforms. But that guy doesn't really look like Hal Jordan to me.

People always say this. The one thing about Wally that sticks out is his red hair. Not sure Ryan Reynolds would look good as a redhead.

Is it the "smart ass" personality Flash had in the JL cartoons" RR is know for playing that type. Don't recall Wally's Kid Flash in the comics being much of a smart ass. In the New Teen Titans he rather serious. Drawing a blank on how they wrote once he became th Flash.

Looking at the pics a bit closer, I'm relieved to see that the suit doesn't appear to be ALL green. The sides are a bit darker, and seem to suggest the design of the comics somewhat.

I think when we eventually see the whole thing, it'll actually look pretty cool.

I think it looks fine but my suspicion is that a photo simply will not do the rendering of the suit justice. I'd guess that when it's on the big screen, it will look incredible but really needs to be in motion to be fully appreciated.

I didn't like the bridge of the nu-Enterprise when I first saw pictures of it in EW. But when I saw it on the big screen I quite liked it. Still pictures often don't do justice to their subjects.

I don't really like the sharp upper corners on the mask. Perhaps someone could Photoshop the picture to give Reynolds a mask that looks like one from a Neal Adams drawing.

Hal Jordan doesn't have slicked back hair. He's usually been drawn with a pretty big loose fringe that flies about a lot when he's flying or in action.
