A few days ago I watched the first two episodes of Discovery with a friend of mine. While he's quite interested in onscreen Trek he's not familiar with the books and how everything fits together chronologically. After doing a bit of explaining I got motivated to create a graphical timeline - something I wanted to do anyway for quite some time but never took the time to do so.
I just finished my first quick drawing session. Here's the result:
I want to give an overview about the series and movies, major novel series, important events and ships.
What do you think?
I still have to add the Ent-B and -C, Excelsior and old/new DS9 station.
Which novels, events or ships would you add additionally?
By the way, did I just reinvent the wheel? Is there something like this already online?
