I'm not sure we can trust Wikipedia to say that Conspiracy had a warning next to it either. I remember watching TNG in first run from Season 4 onwards and there were never any warnings.
I watched every episode of TNG (beginning with the premiere episode) when they were aired for the first time. There were no warnings given for any episode of the show. Ever.
Postings in Wikipedia should always be taken with a grain of salt. Any idiot can post there. 'Nuff said.

Pretty much true. Like Home Simpson said when talking about something on Wikipedia with Bart: "We can change that when we get home."
Or, as one of my Professors did at the university, she knew people were using Wikipedia to write their term papers so she, deliberately, when onto Wikipedia and put made up facts on a Civil War page regarding a Regiment she'd assigned for study and a brief writing assignment (it was worth only 10 points). She caught 17 in a 30 person class as having cut and pasted.
But, I do remember during a marathon I was watching on the Fox Affiliate that carried TNG having a warning at the beginning of Conspiracy and then again in the commercial break right before Remmick was killed.
