The difference between British and American audience sensibilities is interesting. In Britian, you can show naked people running around, but not blood and gore. In America, God forgid you show too much skin or else you'll get the FCC and the Federal government on your ass, but you can blow people's heads off, no problem.

I wonder if that's because the US started from people who didn't think the church was strict enough and then we took this country for ourselves by force.
