I have caught a lot of the Graham Norton Show on BBC America, this guy is really funny - any other fans out there? What's his back story?

he is an irish comedian who had a similar chat show on an english tv station called channel 4 before moving to the bbc he is very funny also he has played a character in a number of episodes of the cult comedy father ted i think the characters name was Father Noel Furlong you should check out the father ted clips on youtube
He invariably makes me laugh on Just a Minute.
I liked So Graham Norton, but when it turned in to V Graham Norton got sick of him, he seemed to get over exposed, and seemed to be everywhere for a while. So I haven't bothered watching since.
I liked him when he was on Channel 4, doing so Graham Norton, then he signed for BBC, he show isnt the same, not as naughty as before. Any one remember him calling up random weirdos and talking to them, or just generally making fun of them. Classic
