Goosebump Moments

PICARD: "If the cause is just and honourable, they are prepared to give their lives. Are you prepared to die today, Tomalak?"
TOMALAK [on viewscreen]: "I expected more from you than an idle threat, Picard."
PICARD: "Then you shall have it. Mister Worf."
WORF: "Aye, sir."
(Three Klingon vessels uncloak)
WORF: "Klingon warships armed and ready, sir."

Most of the classic Kirk or Picard speeches can get me if I'm in the right mood: "Risk is our business" "Starfleet was founded to seek out new life; well There! It! Sits! Waiting..." "We're all killers with the blood of a thousand years on our hands, but we can stop it." "Those words were first uttered by Judge Aaron Satti", "I need my pain!", etc. Sisko has a nice one in Emmisary as well, explaining the Federation to the Prophets.

Spock's "If there are self made Purgatories we all must live in them; mine can be no worse than any other."

Kirk walking into the training room after Saavik takes the Kobiyoshi Maru.

The Best of Both Worlds part 1 cliffhanger.

the bulk of Duet

"Jim. Your name...is Jim."

I'm sure that there have been others.

TNG: "Yesterday's Enterprise". Everything from Alt!Picard's "Let's make sure the history never forgets the name... Enterprise", right though to "that'll be the day!" and that final shot of him working the weapons console himself while flames engulf the bridge.

TNG: "The Best of Both Worlds". That cliffhanger.

TNG: "Cause and Effect". The pre-credits sequence is stunning.

TNG: "All Good Things...". The entire final scene with Picard joining the rest of the crew for poker. "Five card stud, nothing wild... and the sky's the limit."

DS9: "In The Pale Moonlight". "So I lied, I cheated, I bribed men to cover the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But most damning thing of all, I think I can live with it. And if I had to do it all over again, I would. Garak was right about one thing. A guilty conscience is a small price to pay for the safety of the Alpha Quadrant, so I will learn to live with it. Because I can live with it. I can live with it. Computer, erase that entire personal log."

PIC: "Nepenthe". The scene with Picard, Riker, and Troi reuniting in the Rikers' kitchen moved me to tears. Thirty years of friendship between the actors just bleeds through into their characters. It's impossible to fake that.

PIC: "Et in Arcadia Ego." The entire final scene between Data and Picard.
