Goose-bump moment

Maxillius

Commander
Red Shirt
One of my favorite scenes is in DS9: "For The Uniform" where Sisko takes the Defiant out after Eddington before the computer is fixed. Defiant is flying on manual control, relying on the crew to operate at peak efficiency. I love seeing that level of efficiency!

What scene(s) make your hairs stand on end?

The first thing that comes to mind is Captain Picard as Locutus making his appearance on the viewscreen of the Enterprise-D and delivering the assimilation speech.

Also from TNG, the conversation between the Captain and Tasha in "Yesterday's Enterprise" when she requests to be transferred to the doomed Enterprise-C.

In time Squared: the grainy footage of Picard leaving the Enterprise via shuttle craft (and eerie music) , with Riker looking on, then the cut to the Enterprise being destroyed.

Call to Arms. Oh my!
In the Pale Moonlight..."Its a fake".
Tacking In The Wind "Mr Worf do whatever it takes"

DS9, Far Beyond the Stars

"Who am I?" - "You are the dreamer. And the dream." And then he looks out the window and sees stars passing by at warp speed.

I can think of at least one moment from each series...

TOS - The Conscience of the King - When Karidian reads the line from Hamlet "I am thy father's spirit." Excellent delivery, very creepy.

TNG - The Defector - When the Klingon ships decloak at Picard's command and the Klingon Theme starts playing. Gets me everytime.

DS9 - By Inferno's Light -When the Romulan fleet decloaks and requests permission to join the Federation/Klingon fleet. Also still gets me every time.

VOY - Scorpion, Part I - The entire teaser.

ENT - Zero Hour - When Shran and the Andorians come racing to Earth's rescue.

TOS-"Risk is our business"

TNG- Im going to have to agree with admiral shran the the Defector, theres so many good tng moments but damn when you see those birds of prey decloak...so awesome

DS9-Sacrifice of Angels- when the klingons come to the rescue, and "FOR CARDASSIA!!"

VOY- Scorpion pt 1 when Voyager goes to warp after they board the destroyed borg cube with the 8472 ship on it

ENT-Terra Prime-Archers speech

The Enterprise blowing up during the teaser of "Cause and Effect."
"All hands abandon ship! All hands aband"......Ka-booom!

Another good one was Sins of the Father

Worf to Duras: "You are the son of a traitor." Then smack him upside the head!

Sooo many, the most recent one: in JJTrek, towards the end, on the Narada, when the Romulan says, "Captain, i've picked up another ship!" and the next shot is the Enterprise swooping in to save the day. THAT gave me goosebumps.

The best of Both Worlds has some good ones. My favorite from that episode is the last line from Part 1: "Fire." fade to black.

Every time Riker says "Fire." is good. I can think of three of the top of my head.

Insurrection: Battle in the briar patch
Generations: Battle over Veridian III
Best of Both Worlds pt. 1: Deflector shot at the Borg

While not necessarily a goosebump moment, the scene where Sisko orders the creation of WMDs to flush Eddington out in "For the Uniform" gets me every time. Sisko plays the villain very well.

TNG: I Borg: The moment where Hugh recognizes Picard as Locutus and Picard runs with it. There is a pause that clearly in retrospect was Picard taking a moment to think, but the first time I saw that I wondered did he pause, or did some hidden Borg program suddenly reactivate itself.

The first time a Romulan D'Deridex class Warbird uncloaks in The Neutral Zone.
