Good Picard eps?

anyone know of some great picard moments in general? doesnt have to be an episode focused on picard.

I think when Picard was arguing Data's rights and said "Starfleet was founded to seek out new life, well there it sits!"

And I always thought the quote from Encounter at Farpoint was one of his top : "If we're going to be damned, lets be damned for being ourselves."
