i doubt that any of the main characters from the monarch tv show will even be in the up coming godzilla vs kong 3 movie

just like how i doubt that any of the characters in all of the monsterverse movies will be in monarch season 3

since the monsterverse movies seems to me in my opinion be set in a different monsterverse universe from the monarch tv show

The Monsterverse films barely have any non-Titan characters that have been in more than about two films. So it's not like that is a major issue.

Not even "barely" -- no human character has been in more than two productions, unless you count archive footage of John Goodman being used in Godzilla vs. Kong.
