Well, as expected, my goal is right on schedule. So far, have spent a whole week avoiding the lifts at work (although there was that one exception today when I was accompanying my boss back to the office with piles of notes).
Now that I can manage largely with this goal for a full working week, I now intend to extend this up until the start of the New Year.
Next, I aim to reduce my dietary intake too. Smaller portions and all that. It might even save me money.
It's a big ask, but having improved my diet overall this year, I think I can continue with it.![]()
You know, until I read the bit about dietary intake and figured there must be some kind of weight loss thing, I was wondering why on earth you were avoiding using lifts and whether you'd just randomly picked some eccentric thing to do to act as a life goal.
