Very good point regarding '24'. That show went from poor to awful pretty fast. I also agree with your point that being super positive doesn't help either.
Super massive certainly wouldn't work all the time, it has to be used sparingly and for a reason (Death Star in Star wars for example). There's only so big you can go before yo have turbo charged Dyson Spheres battling it out. As you said before, retarded.
