Gina Carano Sueing for Wrongful Termination from Disney

Winning a motion to compel is a long way from having a proven case. It just means they're still only in discovery. The fact that Disney hasn't already just paid her "now bugger off and never talk to us again" money, means they still think they can win the case and that any PR hit would be negligible. They're just going through the motions of delaying as long as possible on the off chance she'll run up a high enough legal bill to give up and go away regardless. Wake me when something significant actually happens.

Well since Mr. Elon is footing the bill, I doubt they'll go away with a legal bill.
But for the past few times it hasn't been thrown out by the judge, and there getting irritated with the mouse's delaying tactics, so .. we'll see.
