She said it. Onstage at a Star Trek convention in Denver near the end of the run of the show. She was complaining because she didn't like the looks of the stunt double's butt as compared to hers.

Why would they use a stunt double when there's no stunt to speak of?

Hanging from a flying rig is always a stunt. The higher they hang you, the more likely they'll use a double instead. It's a safety precaution.
