Ghost Hunting Shows

Their most interesting episode, IMO, was the one where they investigated the St. Augustine Lighthouse.

The Florida lighthouse one is the one I always think of when I think of GH's best.

Speaking of TAPS investigating Florida lighthouses, the November 18 episode was filmed at a local landmark, the Pensacola Lighthouse. Whether the show is legit or not, I think it's cool they shot an episode here.

Is anyone else aware of any instances of a ghost hunting show filming in your area?

Most Terrifying Places in America filmed in my hometown at the Lincoln Theatre. I visited that theatre many many times to see movies and plays and never experienced anything ghostly or even heard of any such thing. After it was closed I took tours backstage and all over and there was nothing spooky about it. My elderly mother worked there at concessions and experienced nothing spooky. But the tv show talked about spooky ghosts, etc. Makes me wonder where they got their info.

You got that right! :D

I still want to gets me a "Dude, Run!" hat.

The one thing I will say that I don't like abut Ghost Hunters is when they use the wiccan chicks. EVPs, thermal cameras, EM detection, sure, I'll go wit that. Some dour dowdy chick with divining rods? Please.

Hee hee...

I find ghosts to be an interesting subject, but I find it difficult to watch some of the ghost shows. I did enjoy Most Haunted purely as entertainment, but that's the chief problem. It's largely entertainment, and not that much investigation.
