Woohoo!!! I walked eighteen feet today! Made me queasy and light-headed. Required the use of a walker. And totally exhausted me. But I did it!!!

There's nothing like a bath, sponge or otherwise, to make you feel better. It's much easier to relax when you feel nice and clean.
That's great! Yay progress! This reminds me of when my dad was in the hospital recovering after his surgery. It was a huge accomplishment when he was able to walk across the room.
