Our night with George Takei. I'm a volunteer usher at The Musco Center for the Arts and he came to speak primarily about his experience in the Japanese internment camps during WW-II. He also spoke briefly about his coming out as a gay man and his Star Trek experience from TOS to Lower Decks. At 85 years old, he stood on stage for 45 minutes without moving to tell his compelling story.
