The first time I heard WHAM sing it was in a Japanese commercial. This was back in the day when famous people would do commercials in Japan and no one would know anything about it unless you happened to be a Westerner living there. I had heard of them and knew what they looked like but hadn't really paid attention to them. It was for cassette tapes or something. They were dancing around and acting happy...caught my interest. Started listening to them for real when I got back to the states. R.I.P.

George Michaels. Such an amazing voice. So talented. He songs and voice really cut through to your heart.
Poor guy had a lot of ups and downs over the years. I hope he was at least happy before his passing. But 53 is still so young.
