TOS, TAS, ENT and DSC. Sadly, PRO might qualify as a fifth if the adventures of the Protostar crew aren't followed up on.
For all the (mostly deserved) crap we give DSC and PIC for their poor, dim lighting on their soundstages and bridge sets, even TOS occasionally delved into darker, moodier set lighting, especially in Season 3. This screencap is from "Day of the Dove" or "Wink of an Eye."

I don't think that was thing back then. The Romulan BOP was the only sub inspired set.
Kirk has a phaser in that shot, so not "Day of the Dove"? the Beta XII-A entity turned all the energy weapons aboard the Enterprise into swords.
Bridge is pretty dark in The Corbomite Maneuver.

And I doubt Starfleet has every Human's DNA on file. Jonas' father's DNA probably was used to identify him, as he's a deceased Starfleet officer. If Picard already knew of her...perhaps personally, I could see him thinking of her especially if he already knew she lost a son in the Talarian wars.

When you hear an uncommon surname, you immediately make the association to the one you know of, even if it turns out to be inaccurate, particularly if it's in the same setting (space and Starfleet, in this case).
