Spoilers General Disco Chat Thread

Season 2 brought back the Talosians halfway through, and Season 3 apparently brings back the Guardian of Forever. What should Season 4 bring back? The Halkans, Organians, Thasians, Horta? Or should these TOS nostalgia carryovers be shunted off to SNW?

I wouldn't mind some callbacks to other trek series. Sub Rosa ll anyone?

Seriously though would be cool to see a mission to cardassia or bajor, or perhaps a visit to the delta quadrant.

I would love Cronenberg to stay in front of the camera please. He can go direct Picard or something if he wants to get back to his usual stuff.

He said in the interview that he doesn't want to direct TV, as he feels like it's a lot more involved than a movie is.

Also he's still working, he's just doing these side gigs to make some extra cash to help fund his new projects.

Here's a theory about the Temporal Accords that just popped in my head: The Accords are enforced by the Monks of Boreth.

They're better off here. On Strange New Worlds someone will be like, "But they haven't been encountered yet! MOCK OUTRAGE! I'm done with Star Trek... until next week!"

The GoF reveal in the latest episode was super cool. I would have loved it a lot more if I hadn't been spoiled. I wouldn't have recognized the GoF easter eggs in the previous episode so it would have been a surprise to me. So FU RMB!!!

I think Mr. Burnett did give everyone a "heads up" that the GoF was probably going to be present, but that newspaper was still a dead giveaway. If it wasn't for the combination of both, people might even assume that the newspaper details (which also go into Tkon and other events) were just eccentricities of this cosmic being that points to knowledge of the Guardian but not being the Guardian himself.

Didn't Worf go on Boreth? I mean it looks like it could have changed between the time of Pike and of Worf. You can hardly imagine a Klingon visiting Pike's Boreth just for sightseeing...

I think boreth would have had massive strategic importance during the temporal war. I wouldn't be surprised if the planet was completely pillaged by the klingons or the Federation for its time crystals and now is just a barren husk
