Spoilers General Disco Chat Thread

Predictions
Burnham, becomes XO on USS Shenzou II under Captain Number One.
Saru - leaves Starfleet to help Kelpian society after they becomes warp capable
Ariam - destroyed by Section 31 via Ash Taylor
Stamet and Culber get back together
Red angel changes the TOS timeline so Pike never ends up in that dodgy chair (I did not get the impression he felt any great love for Vina in The Cage, just a passing attraction.)

Sisko said "probably", not definitely. Since Sisko was understanding, I would imagine he put in a supportive word in the file on Worf's behalf. Since Worf's saved the Earth and Federation multiple times over and Starfleet is pretty forgiving of malfeasance when you do that, I imagine they'll give him another chance. Also, Jadzia is no longer around and Worf is no longer married to someone under his command, so the conflict no longer exists.

SISKO: As your captain, it is my duty to tell you that you made the wrong choice. I don't think Starfleet will file any formal charges. Even a secret court martial would run the risk of revealing too much about their intelligence operations. But this will go into your service record, and to be completely honest, you probably won't be offered a command on your own after this.
WORF: I understand.
SISKO: I have also issued new orders. You and Jadzia are not to be assigned to a mission on your own ever again. And one last thing. As a man who had a wife, if Jennifer had been lying in that clearing I wouldn't have left her either.
Well, since Worf is Federation Ambassador to the Klingon Empire, it's probably a moot point.

I'm hoping that They just get the "EVIL" out of Airiam.
She's too cool a character to totally get rid of.

(and I think it's going to take some time for folks to get the correct spelling of these characters Neams down pat)

Wolverine looks kind of like a skunk.

This is why I never understood what he was doing on the Enterprise in Nemesis, manning the tactical console as if nothing happened.
Maybe he sucked at the job or it just wasn't for him. I don't see him having much patience for ambassadorial matters.

On the flipside, Spock was basically acting as the de facto Federation ambassador for the Klingon peace conference while also serving as one of the nineteen captains on the Enterprise in ST:VI.

To be fair, I could totally imagine the President of the Federation or whoever has to sign the assignment of any ambassador reviewing Worf's case, realizing that Admiral Ross recommended somebody without any diplomatic experience or any credentials whatsoever to head a top-priority Federation foreign mission just because the newly elected Klingon head of state wanted somebody 'who would go targ hunting with [him]', and immediately deciding to purge any and all documents after which everybody involved would just agree to simply pretend this never happened.

Perhaps Nemesis Worf was an accidental transporter duplicate the Enterprise-E found when they returned to Nervala Four (along with a third Riker, whoops)...
The whole thing was just a really bad holo program of Barclay's from his second relapse.

I'm sure he was there because he decided whatever other lame gig in the Klingon Empire he signed up for was weak.

And, it didn't really need to be explained. If he had been there for several months (or even a year or so) it would be extremely unnatural and expository for him to suddenly start explaining it to the senior staff in the middle of a tense battle or Picard Speech.

"Captain, the Scimitar is de-cloaking. It has 847 tetryon disruptor cannons, 169 wave motion cannons, 23 phased plasma rifles in the 40-watt range, 6 rubber chicken launchers, and 1 catapult that fires diseased meat....and by the way...thanks again for letting me serve aboard the Enterprise. I hated being an ambassador."

Damn, this just reminded me of that scene in Insurrection where he did explain what he was doing on the Enterprise and Riker simply talked over him.

Exactly....he's like "Well...ummm...I was at the mghaoskhgohmmmmmm......" and Riker and Picard start talking about tea or something. Good stuff.

So much of Nemesis was apparently left on the cutting room floor that there could have been a within-movie explanation for all we know.

He could've touched upon the topic at Riker & Troi's wedding, if nowhere else.
That is indeed exactly what was scripted and shot, then cut (along with dialogue for Wesley and Guinan). During the celebration, Beverly cajoles Worf into a dance ("Commander Worf... Do Klingons swing?") and expresses her gladness at his being back on the Enterprise. He explains that he "was not suited for the life of a... diplomat." To this, she replies wryly: "Who'd have guessed?"

I just read a theory on my google newsfeed which makes sense and blows my mind. The alien probe was from the Ba'ul and they are working to change history so the Kelpians do not succeed in wiping out all life in the galaxy. So the 500 years into the future line was foreshadowing!
