Spoilers General Disco Chat Thread

Well if that's the case then every single short trek should be canon and linked to everything else. So how did no one notice a tardigrade laid eggs in the Enterprise warp engine and nurtured them for years?

So sort of like Cookie Crisp?

Never heard of these. Found this comment on the internet when researching:
When removed from the shelves I wrote to Keebler in late 1989 and they wrote back "Tribbles cookies have been removed because we are re-creating our product line and will no longer produce products that contain animal fat." I received that short letter and a coupon and the great little cookies were never again sold or found in stores.

So... "Tribbles" actually did contain animal fat. The plot thickens.

There's also one site of old Star Trek merchandise (although Keebler's Tribbles seems to have been unlicensed and possibly truly pulled because of that fact) that seems to be selling an old pack of Tribbles for $1.00. I don't know if 32-year-old bite-sized chocolate chip cookies with animal fat are healthy to eat nowadays.

VIACOMCBS reports strong earnings, with streaming up 62% and showtime/P+ increases to 36 million subscribers (about half for P+)

While early on CBSAA's growth was mostly fueled by trek, it now has sports as a major driver of subscribers (Discovery was named in the article as a driver of subscribers). Still, the potential, Legal audience has gone from 1.5 million to about 18 million in 4 years.

BUt NuTRek IS A fAILURE

I imagine all herein have been closely following the promotional materials for Space Jam: A New Legacy. I must say, in the trailer for such, SMG has demonstrated her remarkable ability to convey bad acting... in just a second or two...
