I’m Bulgarian. They no longer ship here but while they did it was quite cheap because they only ship via snail mail.I'm Dutch, so the shipping would probably be quite expensive.

Good luck. The German Amazon also has some used copies, and shipping might be cheaper for you than it is for me there.Hm.... I'll go and check what shipping would cost
Thanks for the lit heads up.Belongs in Trek Lit. But, you will need to read the Gateways anthology What Lay Beyond since Cold Wars ends on a cliffhanger which is resolved there. And since all the Gateways books end on a cliffhanger which is resolved in What Lay Beyond, well...
However, the first six books all end on a cliffhanger of a character going through a Gateway, all resolved in the final installment of the miniseries. So while Cold War is a fairly self-contained story on its own, if you want to find out how the Gateway jump is resolved, you’d need the final installment of What Lay Beyond.
The six of us took three different approaches to our stories in What Lay Beyond. Peter David and I both did completely separate stories focusing on the leads -- Calhoun and Shelby for him, Kira for me. Susan Wright and Diane Carey did less aggressively separate stories that served as codas to their novels, which focused on, respectively, Kirk and Keller. And Robert Greenberger and Christie Golden just lopped off the last few chapters of their novels and stuck them into What Lay Beyond.
I started to read NF Being Human and realised that I needed Gateways first.... Only to discover there were a lot in the set... LolYou do not need to read the other books to understand Cold Wars. Basic familiarity with the New Frontier crew and setting helps, but I think anyone could get what the Excalibur characters are all about with just the one book.
I've looked at the synopsis and I'm definitely getting it. ThanksThe two DS9 tales are reprinted in Twist of Faith.
Thanks for the lit heads up.
Will make sure I get What Lay Beyond so I'm not left hanging
