Gates McFadden (aka Bev Crusher) Going to Appear on TNT Show

I was watching TV today and saw a commercial for the new TNT show Franklin & Bash. It is the new legal show with Zack Morris. Anywho, the commercial showed Gates McFadden as a judge! I don't know if she will be making regular appearances or if it is for a one-time guest spot. There is a video with very low sound and poor quality with part of the commercial on YouTube here.
