Gary was only 60. He worked on TNG & BSG as well as DS9.

RIP. I never met the man – though I came close when I interviewed for the Caprica VFX team – but his work was always an inspiration.

I know Gary was a part of a larger team, but DS9 really took made leaps as far as those fleet shots.
