How could it be after "Rapture"?
"Rapture" is the real obvious turning point for DS9 screencaps, because the main cast all start wearing the First Contact uniforms from that point on.

I am a idiot, for some reason I forgot that the new uniform changed the color in the back, and I saw the turtleneck blue on the sleeves, and the women in the background wearing the old uniform, and figured it was close to the uniform change. I am a idiot.
Ok folks, it has to be BEFORE rapture. (and I need to go get some caffeine to wake up my mind)
