Bingo. IIRC (although it's been a while since I've actually watched it) it's at the end of the scene early in the ep where Dax has just explained her kinship with Kor, and that would be Kira's incredulity showing.

Actually, Odo had just come in complaining of a "Klingon Afternoon" Dax overheard Kor's name and recognized it, then she deduced that Koloth had come to visit Kor. They left, leaving Kira surprised.
