Game Card

Dell Yount

Lieutenant Commander
Red Shirt
I recently discovered that my character, B'Rat Ud, from Star Trek: ENTERPRISE,
has the distinction of having been turned into a playing card
in a character driven variation of the game "Magic, The Gathering."
As I have never been a playing card before, I was excited and proud
to see good ol' B'Rat Ud had made it as a character in the game.

I am completely unfamiliar with the game and how it is played.
Also, I am wondering where I might find a set of these game cards.

Anyone out there know anything about this game???
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
Your help on this question is greatly appreciated. :) ~Dell.

The card is from the Star Trek CCG second edition, which is no longer in production.

It was produced by Decipher (http://startrekccg.fanhq.com/). Their site has some information, and you can certainly order cards from there. However, a better bet is eBay.

Strangely enough, I cannot find that card. The ID down the bottom looks to me like "7 C 103", but that card is Minuet according to the list at http://decipher.fanhq.com/TCG/CardLists.aspx?gameID=8&listID=52

I can't seem to find that card in any of the sets.

^ That site is all but dead. The fanhq one is the only one that is really still operating.

Incidentally, that's rather moot anyway. I'm pretty sure the card does not actually exist! If you have a look at http://decipherstore.fanhq.com/Resources/CardImages/ST2E-EN07103.jpg you can see the actual 7 C 103 card, which has mostly the same text.

I think somebody has just done a little Photoshop job to change characters. Indeed, the Treachery skill looks like it has been copied from another card.

Thank you all for the links and excellent information.
Also, thank you Darren2001 for your kind words about my performance.
I really loved playing the character of B'Rat... best wishes always, Dell.

The card is indeed a Star Trek Customizable Card Game, Second Edition card. Unfortunately, it is a fan-made (photoshopped) card. The card number is wrong (as pointed out above), the full name B'Rat Ud would likely be the title, and the three skills (next to the red dots) should be listed alphabetically. I could be wrong, but this really seems like an unofficial card. Still, someone liked the character enough to put the effort into making it themselves. :)

Some of the fan-made cards are quite clever. Decipher used to have a whole section on their site for them.
