The general's uniform actually has a regular photograph bordered with red sticky tape pinned to his right lapel. That makes it straight-up dictator-awesome.

EDIT: Actually, I really think it's a shame that Col. Gaddafi was killed. He was only TWO days away from finally making General.

Well, that pic does come from the era of his relevance.
It's amazing. He was every world leaders best friend. Every country tolerated his dictatorship. Somewhere in June he played chess with the President of the world chess federation and everybody was laughing and laughing. And now he's dead and the same guys shaking his hand smiling make statements of how glad they are that his time has come.
