I can see you've given a lot of thought to this, Wamdue!

I was going to make a joke about her wardrobe having to be bigger on the inside to hold all of the clothing a kiss o gram might need, then I figured she probaly just gets some from a fancy dress shop.

As with my review of the episode, I still think its odd that she is able to find work as a Kiss o gram in such a small place, that said its odd that such a small place has a hospital.

Well I think the place is possibly bigger than you think. It looked more small town to me than a village. Plus given it was so far away from the nearest town it might be that it was the biggest place in a large area, hence why it had a hospital.
