Funniest Moment, But Wait....

While not necessarily a howler, I find the double team that McCoy and Scotty ran on Tomar, first getting him to wolf down those delectable looking colored cubes, and then getting him soused on Saurian brandy and some green stuff, is pretty amusing.

Why didn't they just clonk him over the head with a plaster skull like Kirk did to Spock in 'Mirror, Mirror'?

Well, I guess they could have, but his absence probably would be quickly noticed, and we both know how cross Rojan could be if you caused trouble, so doing what you suggest may have turned out to be merely a Pyrrhic victory.:)

Better than the one in "Whom Gods Destroy" if you ask me. The simplified makeup for that episode almost looks like a different type of alien.

I don't know if it was intended to be serious, but Spock's line when McCoy reconnects his speech center. "Ah, ah, mmm. That's better." Was McCoy giving Spock a scalp massage back there? :guffaw:

Scotty is misogynistic because a woman caused an incident in engineering.

Isn't that the most ridiculous idea you've ever heard?

Kirk just now remembered that science lab Christmas party with Helen Noel.
Gee, you'd think his hands would be closer together, then. ;)

Especially with his pronounciations of Lt.Kyle in Immunity Syndrome. Had he just decided on a whim to change John Winston's character's name from Kyle to Kowl overnight?
The next time you watch "Arena" check out how Shatner says "Metrons" differently than everyone else -- including the Metrons themselves.

Actually, Nimoy says it the same way the one time he uses the term. Both he and Shatner say "Met-rones" but Vic Perrin pronounces it "Met-ron." Outnumbered. Perrin screwed it up for my money. :)
