One of the most fascinating Trek ships is the XCV 330 -- the "ring ship" Enterprise. Some time ago I wrote a page about it on my web site. The other day someone sent me a link to this page, which features not only a speculative history but also several CG illustrations.

No, it still existed in the ENT universe. There was a picture of it on the wall in the 602 Club.

Impossible to say, at that resolution. I've never seen a clearer shot.

The "602 Club" ring ship artwork does not say "USS ENTERPRISE," but it does say "XCV 330."

...no. How do you figure that happened?

Not as a one-to-one replacement, just in name only.

Nope, I don't think it did. Both were ships named Enterprise, and both existed at different points in the Trek universe. The fact that the NX-01 wasn't in the historical display in TMP and that the ringship wasn't on Archer's wall in ENT isn't very conclusive - both left out a lot of ships named Enterprise.
