Frosty Human effect in TNN and EAF.

How did they do the effect where they frosted up that one human in the first episode when Q did it and then later in the episode of The Naked Now.


Where the person is completely covered in what looks like frost.


Any ideas?

They shot them with a fire extinguisher. after the "spray effect" they were covered in the "spray paint" snow in a can used for xmas decorations.

I tried this with Scubbing Bubbles. But then my brother's face started burning and he lost the use of one eye. I wish I knew about the whole "fire extinguisher" thing before I did it.

But at least I rid him of mold and mildew.
