Agent Dunham, still recovering from her traumatic visit to the alternate reality, is given a concoction by Walter to help her remember. Another woman being experimented on by Walter is introduced. Meanwhile the Fringe team look into a series of robberies that are linked to shapeshifting.

Stunned, Agent Dunham turns and looks out the window. The familiar lithium-cracking station, so long identified with Delta-Vega, is gone, replaced by endless fields of snow and ice. In the distance, she sees a strange reddish creature chasing some poor slob across the snowfield, and she realizes that she's been transplanted into the Abramsverse.

This is the episode we've all been waiting for where Zachary Quinto returns!!!

It certainly would seem that way. I'm just amazed that no one else is catching this, if for no other reason than to see Nimoy as Bell.
