Here is an odd question...is it me or have the credits changed again? They have been gold since the season began...but in this episode the colors seemed to clearly start out gold and then start to shift between a reddish color and bluish color. Has it done that before?

It was a good episode. It seemed a bit uneven with all the various storylines going in and out. I feel a bit sad about Peter being the odd man out. In the end, the poor scientist got a taste of what his science actually lead to and what William Bell warned of when he shut the project down. That kind of stood out for me.

That poke in the eye scene cutaway was effective... best episode of the season, although the 'I'm not worthy' storyline is getting melodramatic.

Is the Peter-never-existed universe a 3rd universe that was created when Peter disappeared, and this is where we've been all season? And when he came back at the end of the previous episode, did he return to that 3rd universe instead of Over Here where everyone knows him? I just don't see how everything can go back to the way it was, if that's even the plan.

I'm beginning to think that these are indeed two entirely different universes that we're seeing here, especially based on Walter's speculation about Peter 2.0 coming from a third universe (from his perspective). But I agree, as long as he's stuck here, things can't go back to the way they were, because it never existed to begin with in this new reality.
